Customer Review: Great Adjustable Temp Kettle

This kettle was such a great price, for a stainless steel, adjustable temp model especially. I was worried it would be too good to be true but I've had this item for a few months now and it performs as described, does a great job and looks great to boot. I LOVE the wide opening and the all metal construction (no worries about plastics/chemicals). I drink a variety of tea types (oolong, white, green, black and Pu-erh) so being able to set the correct temperature for the correct tea, without having to hold a thermometer in the water and wait until the full boil cools down to the right temp, has been absolutely wonderful. My teas actually do taste better now that I'm not scorching them :)
The only reason I didn't give the kettle a full 5 stars is that the Spectrum Illumination was a bit glitchy the first few times we used it. I never really cared about that feature anyway so I wasn't too stressed about it not working right at first. It has settled down and seems to work fine though.
